Homeschool Support at A+ Tutoring

In addition to working with homeschoolers on their academics, A+ Tutoring offers the Woodcock-Johnson III tests of achievement.  These tests are individually administered.  The entire test battery is available, but a subset may be given that fully satisfies the North Carolina homeschool testing requirement (which includes a test in each of math, reading, spelling, and grammar.

The testing time for the NC sections is about an hour.  Score reports and consultation are provided immediately after the testing itself.  The 2009–2010 testing fee for the sections needed to satisfy the NC requirement is $60.00.

Additional sections of the test battery may be given for those who wish more information.  Possible topics are Reading Vocabulary, Speaking Vocabulary, Understanding Directions, and General Academic Knowledge.  Fees for additional testing depend upon the number of tests and the time required.
